After submitting all your supporting documents, Your application will be reviewed. Approved applicants will be invited to select their desired lot. Afterwhich a deposit and closing cost will be required to hold it.
Once your contracts are ready, you will be invited to collect them. Once signed and returned to our sales office, We will then provide you with the documents for your mortgage application.
Upon approval of your loan, your mortgage officer will issue a Letter of Commitment. Afterwhich a Letter of Undertaking will follow.
Congratulations! Once we have given you a date of hand-over, you will be invited to collect your letter of possession and the keys to your brand new home.
